We normally send your documents through couriers such as DHL express or FedEx for safety and efficiency and our sales department will send you the information through your E-Mail or Fax for the documents sent.

As Soon as your vehicle is booked for shipping our Sales department will send you the details together with the estimated time of arrival.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but on average estimated times are between 35 Days to 60 Days.

Once the vessel carrying your vehicle departs from Sheerness Port, we will receive the bill of lading from the shipping company in the United Kingdom, then together with all the other necessary documents we will send them to the address you provided on your order through the D.H.L. or FedEx couriers.

C.I.F. stands for Cost Insurance Fright. This is normally a package price of vehicle cost, insurance and delivery charge to your port of destination.

F.O.B. stands for Free on Board.

(T.T.) Telegraphic Transfer (Bank Remittance) is our preferred method of payment as it is the quickest and safest mode of payment as it normally takes 2-5 days to receive your payment. As soon as you have made your payment, please Fax or E-Mail your bank receipt and Pro Forma invoice to our sales department and they will send you confirmation note.
